Client Services Manager

Cara joined the Nottingham team in July 2019 as an Operations Specialist. Bringing with her over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cara handles account openings and money movement between client accounts. She serves as a liaison between our clients, third-party representatives, and our custodians.

Cara works to find ways to streamline internal processes and maximize client service.

EDUCATION

BBS, Hospitality and Tourism Management from Niagara University.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Cara grew up in Schenectady, NY but has lived in Buffalo for almost 20 years. She lives in East Amherst with her husband, John, and 3 sons. Cara works part-time with Nottingham to allow for time with family. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and loves watching baseball, especially the Chicago Cubs.
